Delivery and Customer Support

                Radiowaves are backed with a strong logistic team, which can cater to all the delivery related issues in spite of scheduled deliveries. This is a full time team headed by a Logistics' manager.

                We have round the clock customer support system headed by Customer Support Engineer. The systems are designed with an escalation option if the expected support is not given. The escalation goes to the Chief Executive Engineer and Director Operations.

                As of now we are confined to Bangalore with a resident engineers at Trivandrum, Delhi, Hyderabad, and Mumbai. As we are in an expansion mode we are in the process of establishing branch / representatives / resident Offices at other cities in India.

Our Team

                Chief Executive Engineer heads the company on the technical side and Director Operations on the operations side. This further supported with Product Engineers, Customer Support Engineers, Production /  Assembly Engineers and Logistics Manager along with support staff. 

               We are able to provide the best price advantage due to our strategic staffing pattern which synergies with fully automated operations, which keeps our operating cost very low.
